Cura Day Hospitals Group is very pleased to announce that Felicity Connor has been appointed to the role of CEO/DoN at Ballarat Day Procedure Centre, starting Monday 26th February.

Felicity will bring a wealth of experience and passion to the role, being able to draw upon more than 10 years’ experience as a DoN and an additional 8 years’ experience in various healthcare management roles.

She joined Ballarat Day Procedure Centre in 2002 where she held the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. In 2006, Felicity accepted the Director of Nursing position and was responsible for the daily management of the Centre until 2012.

Following her time with Ballarat Day Procedure Centre, Felicity broadened her scope of practice by joining The Endoscopy Centre Melbourne as Director of Nursing. Her most recent appointment was the Director of Nursing at Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital where she assisted with the development and opening of the facility.

Felicity is delighted to be returning to the Ballarat Day Procedure Centre team. Her organisational abilities, high-degree of leadership and communication skills will make her an asset to the team and to the group overall.
