Cura Day Hospitals Group welcomes new CEO/Director of Nursing at Toowoomba Surgicentre

Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to welcome Ms Dheena Naidoo as the new CEO/Director of Nursing at Toowoomba Surgicentre effective Monday 20th September 2021.

Ms Naidoo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having worked in operating rooms for almost 30 years.

Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO Andrew Currie said her vast career history ranging from performing scrub, scout and assisting roles right up to operations manager, means she is able to effectively communicate with and lead the whole team.

“Ms Naidoo’s positive attitude and warm approach when it comes to leadership will make her a great addition to the Cura Day Hospitals Group,”

Mr Currie said.

“We have every confidence she has the clinical and operational experience to both grow the centre and handle each and every challenge that comes along with it,” he added.

Ms Naidoo is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care and ensuring compliance meets regulatory standards.

She has a wealth of experience in the private healthcare sector in both Australia and New Zealand.

“Everyone here at Cura Day Hospitals Group is looking forward to seeing Toowoomba Surgicentre thrive under Ms Naidoo’s guidance,” Mr Currie said.

Ms Naidoo holds a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and is currently completing a Masters in Business Administration.
