Prior to joining Cura, Peter was CEO of one of Australia's largest diagnostic pathology practices. With over 30 years’ experience in the private hospital sector Peter's background encompasses senior management and operational management roles, including leadership, coordination and strategic roles at state and national levels. This combination of expertise across the acute care and diagnostic settings allows Peter a unique perspective of the complexity and synergies across the various health care domains.

Peter has been a representative on the following national bodies:

• Private Health Industry Quality and Safety Committee (PHIQS), convened by the Commonwealth Department of Health & Aged Care
• Board Member of the Cooperative Research Centre for Diagnostics
• and was, until October 2010, a Board Member and Councillor of the Australian Private Hospitals Association (APHA), the peak industry body for private hospitals and day surgeries in Australia.

As a result of his extensive participation throughout the Health Care Industry, and in particular the Private Sector, Peter has a unique understanding of the issues facing the health care sector today, and remains committed to the provision of quality health services.

Annette has many years’ experience as a Financial Controller and Company Secretary of listed companies, with an emphasis on the management and supervision of statutory reporting, auditing and compliance issues. Prior to joining the Cura Group, Annette was the Commercial and Finance Manager for a large private hospital in Brisbane. Annette joined the Cura Day Hospitals Group in 2008 as Financial Controller and Company Secretary.

In January 2011, she was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Annette's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons). She is also a Chartered Accountant.

Stephanie joined Cura in November 2014 to assist with Cura growth initiatives, in particular on acquisition growth. Since joining Cura, Stephanie has contributed to the completion of numerous strategic day hospital acquisitions. In addition to this, Stephanie has focused on strengthening relationships with key suppliers, establishing a number of group wide pricing arrangements and contracts.

Prior to joining Cura Stephanie worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for seven years where she was a Client Manager, specialising in the Health and Aged Care sector as part of their Assurance and Advisory team. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Janet joined Cura Day Hospitals Group in January 2009 as an Executive Assistant, with responsibility for the administrative and executive functions of Cura. In November 2015 Janet was promoted to the position of Executive Programs Manager.

Janet has held Executive Assistant positions with public, private and not for profit health sector organisations since 2004, and prior to joining Cura, was the Executive Assistant - Research & Development at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Janet maintains her interest in developments in science and research and is particularly interested in advancements in I.T. that support organisations.
