About Newcastle Endoscopy Centre
Newcastle Endoscopy Centre is one of Lake Macquarie’s leading endoscopy centres. Newcastle Endoscopy Centre’s mission statement is “all patients will be treated with kindness and respect as they undergo diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures, that are delivered in a safe, high quality environment by experienced healthcare professionals”. At the heart of providing patient-centred care, are the interactions that occur with patients, families and among colleagues.
Newcastle Endoscopy Centre opened in 2013 and holds 2 modern theatres and high-quality equipment. 15 endoscopists perform procedures regularly at the facility. In 2019, the Cura Day Hospitals Group acquired Newcastle Endoscopy Centre.
Newcastle Endoscopy Centre is licensed with NSW Health and accredited to the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
