Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce Lynda Wright has been appointed as Director of Nursing at Adelaide Day Surgery effective 24th July.
Ms Wright has more than 20 years’ experience in the perioperative environment and 10 years in a leadership role, with responsibilities spread across operating suite, endoscopy suite, post anaesthesia care unit, and central sterile supply department while also building relationships with the surgical and medical professionals.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO Andrew Currie congratulated Ms Wright on her well-deserved promotion, and acknowledged the positive contribution she has already made at Adelaide Day Surgery.
“Lynda initially commenced at Adelaide Day Surgery in April 2022, as the Assistant Director of Nursing, and since that time she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering dedication to quality care,” he said.
“I am confident that Lynda will continue to lead the clinical team with the same level of dedication and professionalism that she has consistently shown throughout her tenure with us.”

Mr Currie added that Ms Wright will work closely with Emma Lyndon, who has taken on the role of CEO for both Adelaide Day Surgery and Glenelg Day Surgery.
