Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lois Scott as the new CEO/ Director of Nursing at Liverpool Eye Surgery, starting on Monday 7th January 2019.
Ms Scott has extensive clinical and managerial knowledge in the ophthalmic day surgery arena, bringing 18 years’ experience from her time at Southline Eye Surgery.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO, Peter Freeleagus, said he was delighted that Lois would be joining the Cura Group, which encompasses 21 facilities nationally.
“Lois’ experience confirms she is well positioned to provide innovative leadership to the staff and ensures the effective delivery of health care to the Liverpool community,” Mr Freeleagus said.
“I am confident that Lois’ will continue to foster Liverpool Eye Surgery’s vision in line with the strategic direction of Cura Day Hospitals Group.”
Ms Scott gained her qualification as a registered general nurse and registered midwife at St George Hospital in Sydney’s South East.
