Cura Day Hospitals Group Pty Ltd (Cura) today confirmed the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of PresMed Holdings Pty Ltd (“PresMed”) on 31st December 2024.
This strategic acquisition reaffirms Cura’s position as Australia’s leading day and short-stay hospital provider, with 36 hospitals nationally.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO, Peter Freeleagus, expressed his gratitude to the Doctors and staff for their support and assistance throughout the process.
