In order to accommodate the growing demand for Gastro-Intestinal procedures in the Northern Beaches area, Dee Why Endoscopy Unit has relocated and undergone significant improvement and expansion, including the addition of another operating room.
The new site is located in the Dee Why Grand complex, approximately 500m from the former premises. This landmark building within the medical precinct of Dee Why will allow for double the procedure capacity, the latest state-of-the-art medical technology and a significant increase to available parking.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO, Peter Freeleagus, said “The current and projected population growth in the area supported our thoughts that patients would benefit from the Unit’s ability to offer more appointment options.”
Dee Why Endoscopy Unit, which was established in 1989, offers a comprehensive range of Gastro-Intestinal procedures. Quality patient care and high standards of safety have always been, and will continue to be, the highest priority for the Dee Why Endoscopy Unit, further securing its position as a leading provider of Gastro-Intestinal procedures.
We are looking forward to welcoming VMOs and patients to the new facility from the 9th January 2017.
