Ipswich Day Hospital Welcomes New CEO/Director of Nursing

Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dee May as CEO/Director of Nursing at Ipswich Day Hospital.

Ms May has more than two decades of industry experience including high-level managerial roles in both the private and public sectors.

Most recently she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and patient care, as well as delivering strategic business initiatives and outcomes for a large aged care provider in Queensland. She also has experience as a Nurse Unit Manager and Nursing Director.

Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO, Andrew Currie, said Ms May has a proven history of success in both managerial and clinical roles.

Ms May is committed to lifelong learning and education. She has a Bachelor of Nursing and is completing her Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at the Queensland University of Technology.
