Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce it has appointed a new CEO/Director of Nursing at Toowoomba Surgicentre.
Nathan Eckersley commenced in the role at the end of May, bringing with him almost thirty years of perioperative experience after working in both the private and public sectors.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO Andrew Currie said it is an exciting time for the day hospital.
“Mr Eckersley is a motivated leader who works diligently to see his team succeed, and is passionate about ensuring safe patient care,” he said.
“I am sure he will draw on his wealth of experience in the industry and his local knowledge of healthcare in Toowoomba to deliver excellent results at Toowoomba Surgicentre.
Prior to this role, Mr Eckersley was the Perioperative Services Manager at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Toowoomba.
He completed his Bachelor of Nursing in 1995, and has gone on to do a range of relevant courses and workshops throughout the years.
