Cura Day Hospitals Group is pleased to announce Sarah Lee has been appointed CEO/Director of Nursing at Sydney Day Surgery – Prince Alfred.
Ms Lee is no stranger in the corridors of Sydney Day Surgery – Prince Alfred as she has been promoted from Theatre Manager – a role she held from March 2021.
Her nursing career has spanned more than 25 years and she has extensive experience in the private sector.
Cura Day Hospitals Group CEO Andrew Currie said Ms Lee is competent in clinical policy and procedures and strives for integrity in all she does.
“Throughout her career and the past eighteen months with Sydney Day Surgery - Prince Alfred Ms Lee has displayed a high level of dedication to both colleagues and patients,” he said.
“She is passionate about training and mentoring those around her and creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.”
Ms Lee completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2000, and since that time has undergone continuous training and education including most recently a leadership and development program.
“Not only does Ms Lee work extremely well with others she also understands all of the systems and processes in place at Sydney Day Surgey – Prince Alfred to ensure a smooth transition,” Mr Currie said.
“I wish her all the best in the role and look forward to watching her, the team and the centre thrive under her leadership.”
